Terms

At Bath Station we want our customers to find the products they want at the prices they expect. We also want all our customers to experience knowledgeable and friendly service to make their buying experience a pleasure. We have also outlined our returns policy below.

Delivery

We can arrange for delivery of goods in the Perth metropolitan area, to front of property, for a fee. All our orders are delivered by us, unless otherwise stated, goods are cared for and delivered safely to your home or site.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver large orders to regional areas or outside Western Australia.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange or refund if the product and its box is completely intact and in new condition.
Products that are a special order are excepted. Any freight charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sale and ex-display items are non-returnable and sold ‘as is’.

Please check all goods are correct and in good order BEFORE INSTALLATION, as no exchanges will be accepted on products that have been installed. This is commonly the condition of the manufacturer.

All goods are required to be installed by licensed tradesmen otherwise warranties are void.

NB: All dimensions for each product are approximate and can vary slightly

Warranty

The products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

WARRANTY INFORMATION –ACRYLIC BATH TUBS Important Information.

Inspecting the unit prior to installation is the responsibility of the installer or building contractor who acts on behalf of the user. They are responsible for ensuring the unit is free of defect or damage. In the event of a problem, the unit must not be installed. We are not responsible for failures or damage that could have been discovered, repaired, or avoided by proper inspection and testing prior to installation.  The user or installer MUST open the box and inspect the unit for damage when it is delivered. If damage is discovered, it must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier in writing, and an inspection requested.

Warranty Period – We warrant bath shells against loss of water through the fibreglass laminate of the tub body as a result of a defect in materials and workmanship, for a period of 5 years from the purchase date.

The acrylic surface is warranted against cracking and chipping resulting from a defect in the acrylic surface material for a minimum period of 5 years from the purchase date. Scratches ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS Our products must be installed by a fully insured and licensed plumber only. Installation of any our product by anyone other than fully insured and licensed plumber shall void warranty. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or operations on the part of the purchaser. This warranty is void if the subject to alteration, or if repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorised agent of us. This warranty does not extend to plumbing or components installed by dealers, installers or by any party.  We will not be liable for loss of use of the inconvenience, or any other incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages. Use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty.
If you find that a product you purchased from is faulty, please contact us immediately . Please make sure you have your you have proof of purchase.
